Westside is a very good neighborhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a calm environment. This area is very quiet, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamor. Finally, although the neighborhood is not home to any public green spaces, parks are especially well-situated in nearby neighborhoods, which makes them easy to get to.
